The CE28N, created as a counterpart to the TE37, has been dedicated to the pursuit of lightweight performance alongside the TE37, which boasts VOLK RACING's ultimate rigidity. Since its inception, the CE28N has spawned numerous derivative models and undergone timely minor changes. It continues to enjoy high popularity due to its overwhelming lightweight performance advantage and the universal design that suits any vehicle. The newly introduced 'CE28N-plus' is an updated model with significantly improved strength and rigidity to cope with the recent trend of increased vehicle weight and higher power output. The shape and thickness of the spokes and rim have been reviewed using the latest strength analysis technology, resulting in a complete design overhaul. While inheriting the CE28N's design base, the details and actual core strength have been completely renewed in a full model change. The 'CE28N-plus' incorporates technology cultivated in the world's highest level of racing without reserve. It breaks the limits of the specifications it has perfected itself. The instantly recognizable 10-spoke layout and the Spartan design of the center part remain unchanged from the previous model. Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the spokes and rim has been renewed, and the well section has been treated with a wave shape, redesigning the structure to achieve both weight reduction and increased rigidity.

While there are details everywhere that contribute to weight reduction and rigidity enhancement, the most visually obvious is the center part. The teardrop shape of the nut holes is made larger and deeper to promote weight reduction, and the omission of lightening holes also contributes to increased rigidity.

Disk patterns from FACE1 to FACE4 are set according to the vehicle being fitted. This gives an optimized three-dimensional face silhouette for each size, and for this model, it is crafted with a normal rim to also accommodate the big calipers adopted by recent vehicles.
