Weight reduction of approximately 400g compared to the base model is achieved through machining of the center and rim sections. Through repeated real-world driving tests, the rim and spoke shapes were optimized, improving not only numerical values but also the rigidity and steering response felt by the driver during steering. The driving feel perceived during actual driving was re-evaluated, and further updates were implemented.
In addition to the simple and sharp design of the Pressed Graphite (PG) color, which is the identity of the "SL" series, dedicated spoke and rim stickers are included. The red accent enhances the sporty image and powerfully expresses that it is a special model.
The knurling on the bead seat area is designed to suppress wheel and tire slippage that is prone to occur under high traction, minimizing traction loss and changes in tire balance. This technology, cultivated in the motorsports field, is directly adopted.
Incorporates RAYS' patented technology, A.M.T. (Advanced Machining Technology). This machining technology reproduces intricate designs even on three-dimensional curved surfaces, expressing brand logos and credits more precisely than previously possible with stickers, etc.
