All rigid and linear elements have been completely eliminated from the cross-sectional lines of the spokes. By thoroughly pursuing smooth curves, we enhanced compatibility with body lines. The openings adopt a fairing design, adding a dynamic accent to highlight a future-oriented sense of advancement. Additionally, by incorporating slits, we provide visual modulation while adding light movement to static beauty.
▽ The side opening adopts a trapezoid shape instead of a full R. This detail eliminates the monotony characteristic of fin spokes, creating an appropriate sense of tension and a unique aesthetic. This enhances the design's completeness and tightens the overall impression of the wheel.
The center part features ribbed details, adding depth to what tends to be a flat design and giving the entire wheel a three-dimensional and premium feel. Especially during wheel rotation, the ribs change their expression in complex ways, allowing enjoyment of dynamic beauty. This attention to detail brings further appeal to the HOMURA 2×15R design.
For the letter machining on the disc surface, we employ RAYS' proprietary patented technology "A.M.T." (Advanced Machining Technology). From the machine tool to the cutting edge, everything is designed and developed in-house, reproducing intricate designs even on three-dimensional curved surfaces.
