On conventional radiators for the applicable vehicles, the upper and lower hose connections are both positioned on the left (passenger) side of the radiator core. This causes more coolant to flow through the left side, leaving the right side underutilized.

This radiator first directs coolant that has passed through the core to the right (driver) side before returning it to the lower hose, distributing coolant evenly within the core to improve cooling efficiency.

If a ZERO/SPORTS Cool Air Intake is installed, it must be replaced with the Cool Air Intake specifically for the 36 mm radiator, or the currently installed Cool Air Intake must be modified.
