Description
A new approach significantly improves handling performance and driving stability.
It reduces vibration during driving to improve ride comfort and quietness.
The COX Body Damper (Yamaha Performance Damper) is a functional component that dramatically improves vehicle body performance through a damping mechanism using special dampers, extending the conventional focus on body rigidity for safety and dynamic performance.
Installed at optimal points at the front and rear of the vehicle, it quickly and gently controls body deformation and vibration caused by changing road conditions. It absorbs only the jolts from road irregularities that affect ride comfort and the restoring forces generated when the body deforms during driving.
On winding roads, it absorbs body rebound during cornering to deliver exceptional stability. Both the driver and passengers can feel these effects.
