This cut-out on the spoke side significantly contributes to weight reduction but can also greatly affect strength and rigidity. RAYS' analysis technology and design capability achieve this without compromising those aspects. This detail, which removes unnecessary material while maintaining strength and rigidity, can truly be called functional beauty.
The VV21S Limited adopts an optimized, powerful concave design for each size. The rich shading of the ultra-glossy gold color strongly accentuates the sharp and bold form of the VV21S. A lens-type center cap is used, adding a sense of luxury that matches both domestic and imported vehicles.
The "VERSUS" machining logo applied to the outer rim of the VV21S is a decoration using RAYS' patented "A.M.T." (Advanced Machining Technology). To establish a cutting technology that reproduces intricate designs even on three-dimensional curved surfaces, everything from the machine tools to the cutting edges was designed and developed in-house. By engraving the brand logo, which was previously expressed with stickers or castings from molds, with a three-dimensional effect, the VV21S is elevated to a more refined level.
