This time, the highly popular black in recent custom trends is expressed in a bi-color finish. The disc section is painted black, while the rim section undergoes diamond cutting followed by a black clear coat, creating an overwhelming sense of rim depth and unity through a monochromatic color scheme.
Inheriting the DNA of the legendary wheels etched in RAYS' history, the design theme is cross-spoke = mesh. By crafting orthodox cross-spokes with a precision forged monoblock construction, an overwhelmingly deep rim is also made possible.
To fully express the characteristic rim design for vehicles ranging from narrow to wide bodies, five rim types are lined up from SS (39mm) to LLL (110mm). Combined with three face designs, the optimal aesthetic combination for each size has been selected. While retaining the meticulously chosen design, the same one-piece die-forging manufacturing method used for the latest racing wheels is adopted, achieving both superior design and functionality.
It incorporates RAYS' patented technology, A.M.T. (Advanced Machining Technology). Through machining technology that reproduces intricate designs even on three-dimensional curved surfaces, brand logos and credits previously expressed with stickers, etc., can now be rendered with greater precision.
